REGISTRATION & TUITION INFORMATION
2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR
ACCEPTANCE:
When you fill out the registration form and pay the registration fee, your child is considered accepted into our program. The registration fee is non-refundable. PLEASE NOTE: OUR START DATE IS SEPT. 1, 2012. OTHERWISE, WE FOLLOW THE CLAYTON CO. SCHOOL CALENDAR.
TUITION DUE DATE:
Tuition is due on the first (1st) of each month. FULL tuition must be paid even when children are absent for any reason. All checks should be made to "CLC".
EARLY-BIRD CARE AND AFTERCARE FEES ARE DUE BY FRIDAY OF EACH WEEK OF SERVICE. FAILURE TO PAY BY MONDAY WILL RESULT IN CHILD'S SUSPENSION FROM THESE PROGRAMS
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- All fees for early-bird and aftercare ministries are due in advance of service.
- A tuition late fee of $10.00 is charged after the tenth (10th) calendar day of the month. Failure to pay tuition for 45 days is reason for immediate dismissal from the program.
- A $10.00 charge will be assessed on returned checks. If checks are returned twice, another $10.00 charge is assessed and future payments must be made in cash.
1:00 - 1:15 P.M. $15.00 AND $1.00 PER MINUTE THEREAFTER
6:01 - 6:15 P.M. (AFTER-CARE) - $15.00 AND $1.00 PER MINUTE THEREAFTER
