J-Town is an environment where children learn to grow up like Jesus in faith, wisdom and friendship. At J-Town we believe that children are a gift from God and are valuable to God, therefore we want to teach kids to love God and follow Him forever. We have a great group of trained, equipped and loving teachers and volunteers who have had background checks. These volunteers are what makes your child’s experience in J-Town special. We have state-of-the-art computerized check-in system as well as a visually appealing, kid-friendly atmosphere that screams... “We love children!” Our J-Town staff would love to take you on a tour of J-Town. ZAPPED Summer Discipleship for Kids! Wednesdays, 6 pm - 7:30 pm beginning May 22 Preschool Zapped: 4 and 5K year olds, J-Town 272 Zapped for Kids: 1st through 5th grade, Kids Worship room
*VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL* *Register Now!* Vacation Bible School will be held Monday-Friday, June 17-21, 9 am to noon for ages 4 (by September 1, 2012) through 5th grade. There is no cost to attend VBS. On-line registration is closed, however you can still register on Monday, June 17 at 8 am at First Baptist Jonesboro. Sports Camp This camp is held in the afternoons of VBS week from 12 noon to 5 pm for children who have completed 1st grade through 5th grade. Cost for camp is $50 (lunch provided). VBS attendance is required. On-line registration is closed, however parents can still register on Monday, June 17 at 8 am at First Baptist Jonesboro, however space is limited in each age group. Summer Camp July 11-13 at Camp Kaleo in Forsyth, Georgia. For ages completed 1st grade through 5th grade. Bible study, swimming, bridge jumping, hiking, canoeing. Cost is $75.
